The 4 qd brackets I madecto hold them to the brackets. They worked well and are hidden when mounted.

Well one side is done. Ran into a clearance issue on the right side. The latch would not rotate as far as it needed. Was contacting part of the bracket and I had to do some cutting and rewelding, and thus repainting. So now I wait...

This shows the bolt I installed where the old turn signal bolt went. This is an anti wobble bolt, and applies pressure to the inside bracket. There is slight movement when I pull out on the bottom of the bag, but takes acgood bit of pressure to make it move. Very happy overall.

Here is the bracket mounted to the bike with the rotating latch on it in latched position. The little button on top is the lock, just press it down to lock.

There is a slight amount of lean in this pic, but that goea away when tightened to the brackets. Don't want to have to undo everything to install the latch bolts. They sit slightly wider than if I didn't have the sissy bar QD brackets, but I wanted everything removable, without unbolting.

I am really likimg the way these look. Will take about 1 minute to unlock and remove each bag when done.
