Rough running '06 Wideglide
Was running really rough when cold and had the fuel injectors switched out (8 degree to 25 degree) and re-flashed per Service Bulletin. Ran great after that for maybe 3 weeks. After running great to and from Laughlin, it's now running rough; coughing, sputtering after every startup for 7 to 15 minutes. Finally runs just o.k. after 20 minutes or so. Still missing a little at lower RPMs. They did the fix at HD at the 5,000 mi service and that was about 2,000 miles ago. WEIRD, Huh? It's not missing and coughing as bad as it was. I could barely even drive it before, but it didn't always do it.
Any one have a similar experience? Got any ideas of what's wrong?

When I first got my down load on my 06 it ran really well but has always run a bit rough until it was warmed up. It does now seem a bit rough even when it's warm I'll need to see what the dealer says.
