OK guys, I'm sorry to keep bashing on this topic so this will be the last post on this topic, I promise. (Please forgive the new guy?)
Dealer parts guys are worthless, service guy says "I don't know" and while I've seen several posts on this board and others regarding Bob's and Lowriders, I can't get a straight answer on the 07 SuperGlide. Not knowing is driving me up a wall and I really want to put these on but not waste my time and $$$ just to get'em into the garage and get that sinking feeling in my gut like I get when I do something dumb with parts orders.
I need a definite answer because I keep getting different stories, and want to put an end to the confusion.
Will the SE II #80293-99A fit a 2007 FXDC?
There, my last post (promise) on the subject except for the thank-you's for answers.
I found them in my 2006 Screamin eagle race catalog. they say they fit all Dynas 95 and later. So now you need to find out if 2006 mufflers fit 2007 bikes and then the answer will be YES.
While on the subject, what is the difference between Softail, and Dyna SE pipes?
Is it the mounting bracket positions, or will one fit all, and all the different
numbers are to fill the catalogue. See a few Softail ones on Ebay.
I have a 2007 FXDC as well.

You can use the Softail mufflers if you shorten the section of pipe on the rear muffler and fab intermediate brackets to to mate up with the Dyna support arm.
