Front exaust mounting bracket
Yeah, you know the one the lazy stealers leave on when installing your new pipes. Right under the cam cover?I waslucky and did mine at 1000 miles whenI had the stealerput on my pipes and dynotune. 2 of them aint so bad to get off. The one DIRECTLY under the frame took a little thought. Used a 1/4" torx bit and a 1/4" combo. What the F was harley thinkin about with that design? My buddy wanted to do his. His bikes 2 years old and that last one just aint budging. Friken thing is corroded and frozen
Now have to removethe foward exaust and clutch cable (only at the adjuster. Wow lucky me!) Just to get off one friken screw. F*CK WILLE G

RE: Front exaust mounting bracket
This istheway i used to get the bracket off . I ground flats into the sides of the appropriate torx bit so i could that i could use it with an open ended spanner (13mm i think). This would then fit between the frame rails and the screws. I used a paint / wallpaper scrape (flat and thin) to apply upward pressure with a thin rag to protect the frame. Once i,d started the scews i undone them with either molegrips or pliers. Its a little fiddley but only took 10 minutes.
Hope this helps
