Thanks for the info. I just finished posting a message in the Tech Forums earlier under https://www.hdforums.com/m_291696/tm.htm asking about this problem and you must have been reading my mind. I will now call my dealer tomorrow and ask why this wasn't done. This was what was supposed to be ordered for my bike almost 2 weeks ago and then they tried a download from HD last Saturday. Like I stated in my post, the bike runs better but still has a cold start problem. I am sure they will now get this taken care of properly. Thanks for the service bulletin.

I know that took care of the issues I was having with my bike. I could see how going from an 8 degree to 25 degree spray angle could solve lean running issues.

Thanks for the information. This is a major move in solving the "06 LEAN" Problems. By the time the MOCO gets the 06 problems worked out and all the 06 owners happy,then its time to produce the 07s and the Cycle [No Pun intented] starts ALL OVER AGAIN......hdman
