It seems to be a red-letter year for the world of motorcycles and anniversaries. Soon the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally will kick off and celebrate its 75th year, and now Harley-Davidson is celebrating the 25th anniversary of its Fat Boy, one of the most iconic cruisers within the motorcycle world.

This past weekend in Joliet, Illinois was a mixed bag for the Harley-Davidson Screamin’ Eagle/Vance & Hines racing team.

For whatever reason, there are a ton of drivers out there that just hate motorcycle riders. They don’t know you, they don’t want to know you, and they think you’re an idiot for riding around. They also couldn’t care less about your well being on the road.

A few days ago, we told you all about Harley’s very own AMA Flat Track racing exploits. Now, just a few days later, and there’s more flat track racing news to be had. And this time, it’s from Indianapolis itself.
