Fatboy Build

Winter is the perfect time of the year to cozy up with a cup of hot chocolate and head to the garage. It’s almost like a time to hibernate and improve for the coming spring.

Despite the cold and snow (or just the cold, depending on where you are), there is still a lot that can be accomplished when it comes to working on and improving your Harley.

HDForums member Jameson had taken this winter to work on his Fat Boy build — and it is nearly done!

He recently sent the front end of the bike the Kirby at Vee-Twin Racing for a 98″ kit, head work, and cams.

In the meantime he has picked up a Heritage fender, tank, and stretched rear and had them painted in Oriental Candy Blue. In addition to this, Jameson has gotten his hands on 1.5″ Tree Hugger 16″ apes. He still has to finish the internal throttle, fix up the rest of the cables, and wire the bullet tails.

The engine should be arriving back shortly, and that will be a sight to see! Go check out his build thread and show your support!
