Harley Wheelies Look Slightly Irresponsible, Extremely Entertaining
Obviously, going around pulling wheelies on the street isn’t the safest thing you can do, and if your local law enforcement happens to see you in the act, they aren’t going to be amused.
But with the PSA out of the way, I found this video extremely entertaining. Now, riding in SoCal, you I see guys on sport bikes pull this kind of shit all the time. I’ve never seen any Harley rider pull a wheelie in person, so when I see videos Hogs on two wheels, I’m always kind of impressed. With a crotch rocket, it’s arguably harder to not pull a wheelie—especially under hard acceleration—but the power and geometry of most Harleys simply don’t lend them to this kind of hooliganism. And that’s probably a good thing.
I found the views from the helmet cam to be kind of trippy—the perspective makes it feel like the rider is being shot from ten feet in the air. Check out the video to see what I mean.
