Boots made in USA
I went to go find a new pair of riding boots today..
Its been at least 15 years since I bought new boots, I have a pair of Dan Post and pair of of Red Wings that I've had a long time.
I had been riding in the Red Wings but they are heavy winter boots with steel toes.
anyhoo...I guess I shouldn't have been surprised that most of the "popular" brands that I am familar with are made in China or Mexico[:@]
I had just about given up and told the sales guy that was trying to help me that I would ride bare foot before i wore chinese boots on my scoot...I figured i would stop by the place that sells Red Wing tomorrow and see what they have..
He says..Justin still has some USA boots..over here..I ended up buying a nice pair for $120, they are called Justin "double comfort" work boot. They look similar to a Justin Roper, but have a nice heavy oil resistant non marking sole.
Got me to wondering, who makes the boots with the Harley Davidson brand?
also..please no political hijacks...I only posted this as an observation and a question, not intended to chum the waters or stir the pot

Wolverine has the mfg. rights for the HD name. They are imported.
Weinbrenner Boots/Shoes produces a nice product and they are made in Wisconsin.
Not many shoe manufacturers left in this country.

I think these Justins will work out well, Ive had them on most of the day and they feel comfortable even though they are new.
