Harley Interest Rates
Hey fellas. I just got the call that my bike is done, and ready for pickup at the dealer. I am out of state for a few weeks, and plan to pick it up in June. Here's my question......what kind of interest rates have you been getting from Harley on a new bike.
I will be financing about 12,000 on a 27,000 bike. I'm not asking for anyone to post details they aren't comfortable giving. I am just looking for a ballpark interest rate, kind of a "what to expect" deal.
Thanks,
Scott

When I bought my bike back in mid-March, H-D Credit rates were not as good as why my dealer could get for me locally, so I opted to go that route. While H-D Credit 'may' be an avenue for you, there are credit unions around that seem to be doing much better than typical banks (didn't have any bad loans, etc. since the criteria are typically a bit higher to have loans approved).
Just a thought for ya.

Here's the rates from my local credit union. http://www.cacu.com/ancillary/Rates.pdf
Community American was 2% lower rate than Harley credit for me.

I would recommend getting your own financing prior to going to pick the bike up.
