fuel treatment
Anyone here use a fuel treatment in their bike from time to time ? To clean out the carb or fuel injectors.
If so, what do you use ? Amsoil ? B12 chemtool ? Lucas products ? marvel mystery oil ? I have heard good from all that I listed.
Anyone with advice ?

If you only put like 1k miles on your bike a year, you might want to put a cleaner in your tank once or twice a year.
If you ride a lot, don't worry about it.
I know it's not a bike, but my '02 grand prix has 180k miles on it and hasn't had one drop of fuel cleaner in it and runs fine.
"They" say fuel already has cleaners built in it.
The only treatment my bikes get is Sta-Bil when sleeping over winter.

+ 1 for Seafoam. I've used it for years in mowers, snowblowers, outboards. When things are going to sit for a while I add Seafoam and fill the tank with 93 octane. My snowblower and tiller sit for 9 months and start with out problem.

If I need to clean something, it is Techron all the way,
If I am storing it is SeaFoam. I gave up on StaBil after the formulated gasoline mandate. StaBil doesn't work well with the "new" gas, and if you own a jap bike with 4 carbs that clog if you let the bike sit more than 3 weeks, the last thing you need is StaBil in your tank.

Because of the poor quality of gas these days (ethanol added) I've just started using Star Tron fuel treatment with fill ups. Still too early to tell if it's helping because I just got it and there haven't been any long rides yet. But there was a long discussion about this a few months ago and the Star Tron seemed the best recommended treatment for running bikes. As opposed to fuel treatment for storage bikes.
