I am considering ordering one of Harley's rear chrome bumpers for my Tri Glide; I am curious as to how difficult they are to install. Are there existing mounting points in the frame or is drilling required? Can this be installed by one person or is help required? Any help will be appreciated
+1 Should be standard, but then the dealer wouldn't get the chance to soak you for more $$$.
We all know that a new Harley is sold bare bones. After sale you have the privilege to install thousands of dollars of accessories to make it your own.

Bling may be optional but some of the mods are whether you want to or not!
and as stated, the bumper should have been standard on a Trike, could have been a painted one with the option for chrome but should have been some protection for all that fiber glass!
Thanks for the info. Yea, I figure I'm sure to back into something if I don't get one. Oh well; it's only money, since I'm not Egytian, I can't take it with me

I couldn't agree with you more. The rear of the trike needs some protection.
