Anyone know about these things?

Maybe they could be stuck on the inside of the fairing facing the forks or in the saddle bags.

No fidelity. It works by sonically vibrating whatever surface it's attached to. Might work as a subwoofer when coupled to your fairing,but that's about it. Also, it can handle 20 watts, that doesn't mean it will efficiently reproduce 20 watts worth of audio. The mechanical losses will be great.
