Default Audio Gurus - whats the latest in HU?

HI, need a new HU for 09 SG, been out of the forums for a while however have been been looking at these 3 options
1) Sony MEX-M70BT
2) Sony MEX-M100BT
3) Kenwood Excelon KDC-998

All seem to be decent HU's, whats the thoughts on these 3 HU's from the Gurus here?
thanks in advance
PS BT Amp speakers already done and on bike. BT retro install kit ordered too.

You can't go wrong with either of the 3. We use the Sony more than anything here at the shop. Kenwood has a better EQ while the Sony has a higher voltage output to the amp.

All three are good choices. Are you going to be running speakers in the lids or bags? If so the 998 has separate xover setting for front and rear.

Thanks guys, only running fairing speakers, will likely use the 70BT as its marine grade and $100 cheaper then the 100BT.

Good choice. Your going to hear a big improvement in SQ!
Have you chosen a handlebar control modual to go along with it?

Another good choice. Did they include a install kit for the Sony?

I have a pair of Öhlins on the rear. Once there dialed in you going to really like them.

I'll jump in for my buddy BK. The install kit is what makes the HU installable. The size between your HK HU and your new (WAY IMPROVED!!) Sony is different and the install kit uses the existing mount locations and adapts it to where you can put the Sony in. If you don't have one of those on the way, you will need to. Hope this helps.
