Default Harmon Kardon in a 2005 Ultra

I recall seeing someone refer to putting a Harmon Kardon radio in a pre 2006 bike. How is this done? I am looking to upgrade and keep all stock controls including CB and intercom.

It should plug right in. The only thing that won't work out of the box is the AVC. Pre '06 uses an analog signal, '06+ uses digital. Contact Iron Cross to learn how to switch the input on the head unit.

I was understanding the cb, rear speaker and intercom plug to be different.
