Default Supercharged Sportster

Has anyone seen or know of anyone that makes a kit or does a Supercharger for a sportster? I get excited at the thought of the power to weight ratio of it.

I think you would be much better off with a Turbo. What year Sportster are we talking about here?

99 1200 Sportster Just picked it up last week. Turbo puts more topend to a engine, Supercharger is right away no spool time. And Torque low end like crazy, just makes sense to work with the strong points of the bike already.

Aren't most of the Trask kits for EFI bikes only?

I dont know if the link i sent you wopuld have a supercharger for your carb bike though. good luck. I have found some turbo kits for over $4000, not goin that route! i like the idea of a super charger but dont want a big mess hanging on the side of my bike, and the turbo kit i have found is darn right gawdy!

I know you can't take a turbo but this guy is awesome with build quality and support. I believe he has a carbed setup in the works.

Your options are kinda' limited with a Sportster.Being they are an entry level bike .Most people with sportsters dont really have the money or want to spend the money.
