Default Bike Brite - WOW!!!!

***I have no affiliation with this product***

Went with my brother to the local indy shop to pick up his bike after some work. We got there a bit early and the owner just came back from the test drive.

My brother, unlike me, is not a fan of keeping a clean bike. His bike wasn't the cleanest when he brought it in for a starter, and it sat in the shop for a couple days. Road construction near by and the bike was pretty dirty/dusty.

The indy usually cleans the bike before customer arrives and my brother told him not to bother because he was eager to go for a ride.

Indy told us it would only take a couple minutes to clean the bike.

He hoses the bike down, sprays Bike Brite on the tins, wheels and chrome (not engine because it was hot), gives a light once over with a long handle brush with soft bristles, hoses the bike down again, blows it down, and it's done.

I must admit it looked GREAT!!!! Obviously not as pristine as an hour-long cleaning, but it looked pretty damn good.

Brought my Low Rider in for a new front tire today and picked up a bottle of Bike Brite while I was there.

An amazing product for when you don't have a lot of time to clean the ride.

$12.99 for a 32oz spray bottle. Biodegradable and made in the USA.

Do you towl or blow dry the bike when you are done. I keep getting water spots on the chrome if a hose it down. I use windex for a quick clean.

Usually use an electric leaf blower.

If there are any remaining wet areas I use an "Absorber".

Never get any water spots that way.

I've never used S100 but have seen the dealer "detailers" use it on bikes after service.

No comparision - Bike Brite has it all over S100 for tins, chrome, and wheels.

Haven't tried it on the engine yet.

I may have to give it a try!
I currently use S100along with the Clorox Mr. Clean spray unit.
I do NOT use their soap, but the fine spray rinser filters the water to remove the minerals.
I wash my bike in full sun and rinse it well 1st then use the Mr. Clean and walk away!
There are no water spots on the chrome or painted surfaces.
You do have to replace the filter after a few washes.
I got it at Wall Mart.

My nomal routine is a thorough cleaning with Blue Coral liquid wash.

Two buckets: one for wash the other to rinse cleaning mitt.

Simple Green for engine.

Then blow dry and an Absorber for any remaining wet spots.

I use Bike Brite for a quick cleaning. (less than 10 minutes)
