Ended up trading a nice boat and a jeep for this bike. It looks GREAT! I runs great. It rides very well.
He had it listed for 20k when we made the trade. FYI: I don't think it's worth that much money. But it does have a few very unique things about it.
The motor block and heads have all been diamond cut. It has all kinds of extra chrome this and that all around. The motor runs strong. A very good rider was on a newer fat boy. We ran the bikes and I beat him 3 for 3. Not saying that it is a race bike but it does have a good deal more than a stock 88.
I don't know what I can say has been done to it. Was told that it was an actual Arlen Ness. Said that it was shipped to them shortly after being purchased new. Is there any truth to that? From these pictures what can you tell?

From the posted pictures, it is not an 88" Twin Cam. That looks to be an 80" Evolution motor.
Nice clean bike but really pretty much stock with lots of chrome and some nice paint. If I am right an it is an Evo, $9k would be max. Unless you can get a detailed story from previous owner about lots and lots of motor work.
Arlen Ness does/did make bikes using HD Dyna motors and trannys. But they were in his proprietary rubber mount frame. Not what you have.
