Default Short guys, air cleaners that get out of the way of your knee?

I've got a street bob and I've been trying different set ups for highway pegs. Tried mini floor boards on the standard Highway peg mounts. No Bueno. Added a pair of these adjustable mounts. They bolt into the regular mount in place of the peg/board. It brings your peg out a few inches and allows you to rotate the mount forward or backward to bring the pegs closer. Still no good. No matter what I do I feel like trying to wrap my knee around the air cleaner is the issue. Any suggestions on one that will get out of the way of my knee?

I put the Screamin Eagle Deep Breather on my Super Glide back when it still had the mids on it. That was purely for clearance for my right leg. Ended up with the floorboard kit on it and there is no issue at all of that hot air cleaner cover. Now I just have the oil leaking out of the breather that is my biggest issue.

This should do it.
This is what I used with my round ac. Fair air and no rain issues, doesn't get in the way.

The Outlaw 587 HiFlow Air Cleaner is the lowest profile A/C on the market. Lot of looks to choose from too.

You can check them out HERE

The DK Customs Outlaw 636V (middle one in the picture above) moves is out of the way as well. Gives me plenty of room and I am 5' 8". I couldn't get on with the stock one myself.

I'm 5'6" and use an Arlen Ness Big Sucker (It's not big, just round) to replace the stock oval and installed the same round cover and the one linked above, only I have the black version from a Cross Bones.

I am going to suggest that you need to move forward on the bike.

I am 5'6" and have modded my seat to push me forward...also thinned it out so when I'm straddling it, it's not forcing my legs outward.

I do have a solo Street Bob seat that is modified to push you forward...selling cheap if you want to try it.

You can sort of tell that it has a little more padding at the rear:

didn't like my heavy breather either. switched to the arlen ness big sucker. much better. the SE would hit my shin when I went for the brakes. talked to a couple on here and talked me right into the right decision.

I'm 5 6. Big sucker got in my way so did the s and s super. As well as the stock. Only ac I found that worked fore and was not in the way of my knee was the heavy breather and a velocity stack
