Being as it's been highs around 70 even this close to Christmas is Louisiana, My down time for winter mods is quite slim. I'm wrestling with doing a cam swap and install some fork boots and black out the triple tree. although part of me thinks about selling off the extras on the bike for trade in or selling altogether for a new road glide; knew I shouldn't have gone on that test ride haha. anyway I'm just wondering what everyone else is doing to their bike during their "down time",

...seat, slip on's and retune - and then I have to stop spending money.

 

I've gotta stop for quite a while once done this last bit.

New Tool set in order to:
Change cams, push rods, bearings, then tune
Adjust handlebar angle and if that doesn't help I'll try risers to get the bars a little bit closer.
Adjustable highway pegs

Was really hoping to do paint or pinstriping but looks like that will wait at least a year.

 

I already spent too much in 2014, kinda chillin for awhile and watching everybody elses projects. I do have a new derby cover and JM mirrors under the Christmas tree!

 

new rotors from southern wheel, 30/70 pulley swap.

 

13 inch LA choppers club bars, paint matched ness fairing, super brace, hd synthetic bags with turn signal relocation! That's it till next winter!

 

finish my fairing set up and stereo, and install the bags now that they are painted and all the flush mount set up is done with fab...

 

HELL YAH JOE! Wow and cant wait to see it all buttoned up and painted. It's going to look real nice on your bike.
