Oh yeah; I had a 111hp/117ft lb 103 in my '01 FXDXT; was 50K+ on it when sold and it was leakdown and comp tested; passed easily...depends on the build and the rider...a stocker can be thrashed in that many miles
That's a good bike, has a mikuni too. I don't think the price is all that high if it has what you said. The S & S mufflers on stock head pipes with crossover is not a bad exhaust at all. The air cleaner on that mikuni is not so great. SE heavy breather will do much better. Mileage is no worry. I have a 95" dyna that has almost 70,000 miles and runs just as good as the day the engine was built. With all that in the motor i would go ahead and install gear drive cams. The stock tensioners will not last long with that 103. I put gear drive cams in when i built my motor and never worried about it again. The rear shocks need to be checked for fluid leakage. If they are bad, replacements are still available but cost almost $600. Ask me how i know. It would be good to ask what has been done to the ignition. It would either have needed a SE ignition tuner or an aftermarket module.
I'm trying to get up to see it and make the deal. Also have a line on an 02 FXDXT with 7000 miles for $7400. Trying to look at both and deal with Christmas and the fact that I have bronchitis. Here's to hoping.

If the engine has been upgraded the cam tensioner has most likely been upgraded also
