Hey, just got my bike back together after upgrading to a 103" and new cams. I'm now getting 100hp and 115ft-lbs torque so I got the Barnett Heavy Duty Diaphram Clutch Spring. I'm a decently strong guy and this thing is really hard to pull. Had the inner clutch and the cable adjusted before it was dyno tuned so it's all set where it needs to be.
Will this thing loosen up a little after it gets some more use? If not I've heard the screaming eagle clutch spring isn't as hard to pull? What are some other options to get max performance and no slippage but not have my arm fall off in bad traffic?
Thanks for your help in advance!

I never got used to the Barnett, so when I changed from fwd to mid controls I swapped it out for the SE clutch spring. The SE is definitely a lighter pull and so far no clutch slippage.
107ci/se clutch spring/burly easy boy. The first day I installed the se spring I hated it. $30 upgrade is worth it. Easy pull!
Agreed. The Burly light clutch kit, or whatever it's called, costs $35 and does a great job. I installed it while recovering from left hand surgery. My hand was weak and my Barnett clutch is heavy, the Burly EZ Clutch made up the difference. http://www.burlybrand.com/product/21/lite-clutch-kit
I had the Barnett HD spring for awhile too, man that thing is stiff! I tried the Burly EZ pull, but I could never get it adjusted right. Ended up switching to a AIM VPC with the lighter Barnett spring, works great but way more $$.
