Too big for a Dyna?

Too big for a Dyna?
Okay,
I am 6'3" 220' long arms ans long legs. I currently ride a Street Glide Specail and want to pick up a more trimmed bike for hopping around on. I have had Road Kings and Fat Boys in the past.
That being said, I like the looks of the new Street Bob in Black Denim. I would be putting 16" apes and forward controls. My buddy says I am too big for the bike. My next choice would be the Softail Slim in the same color and configuration. There is not a whole lot of difference money wise.
Any bigger guys happy on the Dyna? Maybe even a Wide Glide?

I'm the same specs as you. Ride an 07 Superglide, has mini apes and extended forwards. That's how I bought it. Honestly, I think standard forwards would have been fine. I'm very comfortable.
Way more leg room compared to a stock SG or Road King, so if you fit on them, a Dyna with forwards will fit you great IMO.

I am 6'1" and around 265 lbs. I also have long arms with very large hands (advil size when closed)! I ride a Dyna Super Glide Custom with mid controls and stock bars. No issues whatsoever on ride comfort! I changed the stock seat for a more comfortable seat...that's about it. Enjoy my Cruiser immensely!!!!
