Well, after 4 long and frustrating hours, here she is with her brand new 10 inch 1.5 drag bars. I would like to thank everyone for their input and help with this project.

Looks great! Might be nice to post your challenges and solutions if applicable. Save someone else your frustrations. Half the time when I'm done a project I kind of wish I could to the same thing all over again to see if I learned anything

Challenges were that I didn't thread the internal slots on the bars until I mounted them, so that was fun, but I used a fishing lead weight and line and fed it thru with a flex wire. I also went with the Harley poly bushings just cause I was not willing to wait on shipping. I was also able to just loosen the screws on my throttle side and with enough play in the throttle wires, slipped off the whole set up without having to remove the wires and brass grommets which saved some time. And definitely remove the headlight, that made a big difference when it came to removing and then installing the bolts for the bars. All in all, it wasn't that bad, just tired cause I worked a 12 hours shift the night before and got off at 0700 this morning, so I was a little tired doing all that.
