Default Noise from Rear Tire (humming)

Hi my name is William and I posted this question in another forum I have a 2015 Dyna Low Rider I bought New 3 months ago. I am under warrenty and am getting a real loud Humming Noise from the back tire. I took it in and they said that they had another Dyne last week with same problem. after changing the bearings the noise was still there. When they called Corperate they said not to change anything that that model comes with that noise and theres nothing they can do about it. I want to file for lemon law on it but need to find out how. This is Empire Harley New Rochelle NY. Seeking info on if there are other bikes with similar problems and what the hell do I need to do.

Try checking your tire pressure.
And check your tire pressure daily,, for real.
Then change the tire pressure +/- 5psi until you find something your happy with.
Tires make noise on the road.
Motorcycles don't have sound proof lining in the fire wall.

Does it change with rear brake pressure? My rear brake makes some noise, but nothing I would call abnormal. Mostly at low speeds, don't hear anything while moving down the road. If you're worried about it, take it to another dealer if that is possible.

Thanks for your service It almost sounds like when a brake pad is rubing on disc and the from up to 50 miles an hour it can sometimes get real loud. over that I don't here it so the tire preasure thing might be it and if I take it to another dealer Corperate has me on file so they migh say the same thing but I might still give that a try I know theres 2 places that are known to be good Queens and Long Island.

Default Humming noise

My 14 dyna LR was doing the same thing. Turned out the drive belt was slightly loose. I adjusted it and the noise went away.

Maybe it's humming because it can't remember the words? Sorry, couldn't resist.
Seriously, try adjusting your tire pressure and check your axle torque.

its not the tire. And if it was a pad rubbing you should be able to smell it or the rotor would be really hot.
It's most likely your drive belt it's either to loose or to tight. And it sounds like you need to find another dealer. I highly doubt Corporate told them a loud humming from the rear is normal

Thank you for your service.

I would definitely try a different dealer. If they say the same thing then it might be normal.
