Default Air Cleaner Designs

I really like this air cleaner but the one screw hits my inside of the knee all the time. I may have to swap out...

Im geussing you mean the screw hole in the ac cover is hitting your knee? So just curious but are you running forwards or mid controls that are causing your knee to be at that spot?

The DK Custom Products 425 and 587 A/C's are low profile designs that offer the best leg clearance. They are complete systems that feature 6 different external breather options to vent hot, oily crankcase air to atmosphere instead of back in to the air cleaner compromising performance and engine longevity. Multiple covers are available for you to achieve the exact look for your bike you're after.

I run the DK Custom Products 587 with bobber cover on my '13 Wide Glide and even using an over sized cover fastener my leg has never contacted the A/C

The 425 with Sano black face plate cover:

The 587 with smooth chrome bobber cover and traditional external breather:

Indeed it does!

The forward facing DK Custom Products 636v offers improved leg clearance and 2 finish choices along with 4 choices of K&N filter elements and 6 external breather options. The 636v has a patent pending design which utilizes the Venturi Effect to increase the air flowing into the intake, whether the bike is moving or not which gives a significant increase in power across the entire RPM band when compared to other aftermarket air cleaners.
