Default Quick install pushrod, readjustment?

Who has installed quick install pushrod? How often, if at all, do they require readjusting? I purchased the SE quick installs and am looking at installing them this weekend. Thanks!

Once set they should be good no readjustment necessary. I use the S&S quickees and chose to put a small drop of blue locktite on the jam but threads but it's not necessarily called for.

Just make sure you adjust for about .130"-.140" of preload to accommodate for engine expansion when heated up to running temps. Whats the pitch on those SE pushrods?

Will adjust for the expansion. Don't have the pushrods yet, but will let you know the pitch once received. Thx!

Based on these instructions, I think they are 24 TPI. Keep us posted.

With both wrenches on the locking nits and rod just give it a good squeeze using one hand on both wrenches. Locks up good.
Should be final.

The SE's Pushrods are 24TPI. Distance per turn, 0.0417", per flat 0.069"
S&S has a chart on there website saying for the 24TPI, turn 18 flats, not the 15 flats your chart shows. I've emailed S&S, telling them my setup, and hoping to hear word from them. Not sure how there customer service is.
