RE: Harley garage door opener instructions
Here's a condensed version.....
After the receiver and transmitter are installed, the receiver must be programmed to receive the transmitter frequency. This process may require 2 people, depending upon how far apart the receiver and transmitter are during the programming process.
1. Check that a red light on the fron of the Harley-Davidson garage-door opener receiver, indicating power to the receiver.
2. Connect the battery cables on the motorcycle, positive cable first.
3. Press and hold the set button on the Harley-Davidson garage-door opener receiver. The LED blinks continuously whil the Set button is pressed.
4. Set the motorcycle ignition swith to ACC. Switch the headlam-beam switch using onf of these sequences:
* starting from Low beam, switch High, then Low
* starting from High beam, switch Low, then High
When the receiver receives a signal from the transmitter, the LED on the transmitter turns off.
5. Release the Set button on the receiver.
6. Test the garage-door opener, high-beam, and low-beam headlamp operation.
NOTE: When the transmitter is activated by toggling the headlamp switch, the red LED on the transmitter illuminates for one second to indicate that the transmitter is functioning correctly.
Hope that helps ya out.....

RE: Harley garage door opener instructions
Comes with a transmitter and a receive. The receiver taps into the back of the garage door opener, real easily done. The transmitter goes on the bike and taps into the hi/low beam. You rapidly flash your low to hi then back to low beams and the garage door opens up. I got tired of carrying around a garage door opener in my pocket. Some have installed a regular garage door opener on the bike and use a button like the odometer button. Part number is91558001A for the complete kit. If youhave more then one bike or door then youcan also get another transmitter or receiver.
