Powder coating laced rims requires them to be disassembled first andobviously they will have to get re-laced and trued after powder coating. i thought i was the only one who thought of that... how dumb of me


also could you just by the spokes for the stock wheel and get them coated and replace them one at a time without problems??? or do they need to come off the bike... havent ever messed with spoked rims... but my cousin hadnt torqued his spokes in some time, on a dirt bike, and they came loose when riding... what a mess that made!

 

anytime you adjust your spokes you need to relace them... and yes you can jut buy the spokes powdercoated... I have a set in black if your intrested

 

So, can someone point me in the right direction to order black spokes? Im liking that idea. Or JRK, if nobody else is interested in your black spokes Id be. You have enough for both wheels? What nipples do I need?
