Default How to make my SG lower

I know a dyna low rider is lower,what do they use to lower it? Sounds to me a low rider is a&nbsp\\; Super Glide frame but with different parts on it to lower it?

Are you saying that a Street Glide&nbsp\\;has the same frame as an FXD?
&nbsp\\;
Sleep it off. It might come to you in a dream that they're completely different. But you didn't hear it from me.

Basicly it is the suspension setup, the SG is set up higher, the SB has the same seat hight as the Low Rider.

(For the initial challenged)
SG=Super Glide
SB=Street Bob

The difference between the 06 and later Low Rider and the Super Glide is because of three components:
&nbsp\\;
[ul][*]The Seat[*]The Rear Shocks[*]The Rake of the Triple Trees[/ul]
The Low Rider seat moves you forward and lower a little.&nbsp\\; The rear shocks are approximately 1" lower than the Super Glide's.&nbsp\\; The rake on the Low Rider is 1.5 degrees more lowering the front end about .3".&nbsp\\; The frames on both biles are identical.
&nbsp\\;
I have lowered the rear on my FXDI about 1.5".&nbsp\\; I also have Low Rider triple trees with 1.5 degrees rake.

Perhaps you need the sleep.&nbsp\\; Unless he edited his post after the fact, he said super glide frame and said nothing about a street glide.
&nbsp\\;
GW, if you want to make your SG lower, you can use shorter shocks.&nbsp\\; I believe the street bob and the lowrider have 12" stock shocks where the super glide has 12.6" shocks.&nbsp\\; I lowered mine with 12" progressives.
