Default Fat Bob won't start

I walk out from work, sit on my ride, turn the switch, but as soon as I hit the start button, total power loss, nothing nada not a damn thing. I ride it 5 to 6 days a week average about 300miles, so 50 -60 miles a day. Any ideas or any other thread you may have seen. Battery cables are tight and it jumped right away too. let me know.

Thanks, but it tried to kick over and everything died. I charged the battery off the vehicle last night and installed this morning and it started right up. I guess we'll see this afternoon if it starts again. If not I'll jump it and ride the block to the dealer and get it fixed

Is there a posibility of a bad battery? It is funny how you can jump it an it will start but without a jump nada. I am leaning toward a bad battery.

Default Dead Bike

Mine went totally dead once-I pulled the main fuse and reinserted. It started right up. I still don't know why...

I did a test on the battery and it was charged somewhat, but when you added a draw to it it dropped into the needs to be charged, but not the replace section on the tester. I tried the main fuse pull and replace, no luck. Maybe the connections were tight but not good somehow, got me. Does anyone know if there is a safety cutoff for power lows???

With all of the trouble people always seem to have with their batteries, I wish we could go back to kick starts.

It read low when I put the load on it, but everything went dead, nothing was on, no warning lights, nothing, it was like the battery was removed not just low. I shut off the switch and tried turning it back on, nothing no power what so ever. I'm not worried about low battery and not starting as much as zero power.

By the way love the avatar jrsmith
