Oil Pan "Design Flaw" / Skid Plate

Hi guys, Ive been on this site before, but never needed to post until now. I am building a skid plate for my 02 lowrider because I did bust mine. It wasn't as bad as the website you showed up top, but I went over some train tracks and bottomed out (it always bottoms out), and after we came out for breakfast there was 2 qts of oil under my bike, "WTF' It broke the corner off the pan by the drain plug and I had to use quick epoxy putty for the 80 mile trip so I could get home. Just thought I would share.

Looks like they took it down. This seems to be an archived version though, but no more pics of the horrible, terrible, no-good, very bad design flaw...

Do Harley know about the claim these guys are making?...They could get their asses sued if the Moco took exception to such slander.
The sumps don't protrude that much and I reckon a sump-busting impact would kill you anyway???

I am the inventor of the Mad Creek Skid Plate. United States Patent 7464954
My son had an ad for it on his West Coast T-Bars website. He took it off temporarily while I perfect a second model for the newer Dynas. This skid plate does work! I have had several reports where it has actually done its job. I created this after my friend was killed on his 02 Dyna. I have had a hard time getting stats on this problem.
If anyone knows who I can contact at HD please let me know. I haven't heard from them but I can prove what I claimed!
