Default 200 mm tire on 2010 wideglde

I know the 2010 wideglide comes with a 180mm tire, im wondering if a 200mm can be put on with no modification. Thanks

I doubt it & even if you could the 200 would pinch in the middle to much with the stock wheel. I may be wrong though.

Not on the stock rim, but yes if you change out the rim to a 5.5" - 6" rim you can fit a 200 hundred under it without modifications.
There are a number of us that have done that on our bikes and we have a narrower gap between the fender struts then you have on your wide glide.

Thanks for the info. I had an 06 dyna and put the 180 on mine without doing anything other then relocate the turnsignal wires. What i was thinking was that if the mew wideglides came with a 180 that the rim would be bigger and harley would have a 200 that would fit. The 180 that fits on the 06 is designed to fit the narrower rim, just thought this might be the case with the new wideglides. Or are they the same rim as older dynas with the same rim size with the hd 180mm.

It is the same rim width as the other laced dynas (I think it is a 4.5") with a 180 on it.

Ahh well that sucks!! would have been nice if HD had gone to a wider rim on the new wideglides so we could go bigger. Oh well guess gonna have to save up for a new rim now:-))

Yeah I would assume it's still a 4.5" rim but someone with a 2010 WideGlide really needs to confirm this for you, maybe post another thread asking, "what is the rim width on a 2010 wide glide"
