Default dirtbike pegs...installed

So, the other day I saw a picture of the Joker Machine pegs on a dyna and thought they looked great. The price isn't bad for the quality of machine work your getting, but I had the idea to try and modify regular dirtbike pegs to fit the dyna mids. I went on Ebay and ordered some pegs for a CR 250 from D2Moto (edited, guess I was talking out my *** as to which ones I ordered)...they showed up today. I didn't anticipate them being cast steel (not that it really matters for how I modified them), however for the price ($10 I think) I didn't care. I used an angle grinder to cut the tube like section off mounting portion of the peg (see pics) and then ground it .125" thinner. I think they turned out good and I'm happy...feel free to tell me they are ugly or look cheap though They're definitely not as trick as the Joker Machine pegs...just better suited for my budget

Thanks...they're are grippy, took a little getting used to placing my foot correctly on them, also had to reindex shift lever so it sits a bit higher.

I have the Joker Machine pegs, brake pedal and shift peg. They're awesome but they were pricey. Those look bitchin and old school. Great idea for saving $$$.

You better watch those things when your riding with flip flops. They look sharp. I like them.

Nice job on those. I have the JM pegs and they are great and worth the dough IMO.

The only thing about the dirtbike pegs is they are a tad small. I think my YZF pegs were like 3" long - the JM pegs are 4.5"
