That link is not accurate, it lumps the 06 and 07 together. The 06 is 88", but the 07 is 96" or 1573 cc's.

HP = RPM/5252 x Torque. The max torque is posted on the spec sheet, however max torque's RPM doesn't correlate the the max HP's RPM.

I had mine on a dyno once when they were having a dyno shootout and I got 68.19hp and 79.31tq. That was with the short shot pipes and SE air cleaner.
An 07 Low Rider and an 07 Wide Glide also were dynoed (both had aftermarket pipes and air cleaners) and I think the highest was 70hp and around 82tq.

this is the link to the harley davidson web page screamin eagle PDF catalog. If you download it to your computer go to the page that lists the screamin eagle heavy breather it lists stock HP at about 65 HP and shows on the graph how the S.E. heavy breather air cleaner increases HP/torque numbers. If you dont already have this PDF it lists the HP numbers for several different kits and parts configurations. This information comes straight from harley davidson... http://www.harley-davidson.com/wcm/C...bmLocale=en_US
