Default I got Kurakyn LED rear turn signals and no I need wiring help Please

The turn signals themselves are very straight forward but where I run into a question is splicing the equillizer in the main wiring harness under the seat. It says that one wire needs to go to the wire for the rear turn signal each and a ground. So I whipped out my trusty manual. Well when I get to the wiring schematic I don't really undertanad which wires to splice into on the harness. They are all color coded and the deutsche connector has number 1-8 as well. Anybody that can tell me which color or which ones to splice into would be very greatly appreciated. I do very well mechanically but electrical is my worst subject. My bike is a 06 dyna superglide. Please see attached photos

Piece of cake. On your eight pin connector you want #1 which is brown for your left signal, and #3 which is violet for your right signal. Then make sure you have a good ground for the equalizer. You can splice that into an existing ground, or make a new one. Does that help? Ask away if you have any questions, I'm a journeyman electrician.

Great reply. I've had an equalizer sitting around for two years but was too lazy to try and figure it out. I've heard that if you run one equalizer, front or rear, it will slow down both sets of blinkers. Any truth in that?

Well went to go install the things and the set I got as a gift aren't the ones that fit my bike. They have a different nipple setup on the plug that goes into the signal housings. Oh well. Time to return them to my buddy's shop
