Twisted 12mm Spark plug wires
Anyone have these? Any real gains? Worth $60?
Has anyone put them on a 2012 FXDB, the ads for them say they are for 2006-2011, just want to make sure they work...

Haven't seen those, but I'm running Thundervolt 10.2mm wires from Sumax (around $55.00) and super insulated. Typically, 8.8mm is the norm. They should fit, do you have the 103ci motor. I'd think those would be great, but probably not that noticable from stock.

Notice any performance uptick besides the looks?

I just changed to SE coil, wires, open air cleaner, re-jetted and new 2 into 1 pipe.....so yes, Huge difference. However, couldn't say it was just from the wires.

Sorry bro, unless you got spark issues to begin with, you not gonna see anything from just spark plug wires. You will be doing it for looks only.

No performance gains from plugs wires. Why would there be?
In fact, you risk disabling the anti-knock system by switching to non-stock plug leads (and plugs).

It also helps with traction making your tires last twice as long.
