Default Front sprocket change info needed.

Hi all. I've been thinking lately about changing my front sprocket to something like a 30 tooth to get that better low end. I did a search but found surprisingly little in the Dyna forum. I just have a few questions:

Will it affect my speedo? I spent a few hundred bucks on my speedo/tach combo and I'd like it to stay accurate. Besides, I assume if it changes it, the miles on the odo will rack up quicker than they should too. How far off would it be if it did?

Is it better to change the rear sprocket instead or does it even matter?

Will I have to change my belt?

Thanks for any info anyone can give me.
