best "bolt on" mods for improved front brake?
Hi, I have a '13 FXDB with ABS and I am really disappointed with the stock front brake.
Looking for advice on the best "bolt on" mods to improve the set up... Is there a better caliper and rotor I can simply bolt on? Should I go 4 piston or six? Do I need to change the master cylinder? Should I get differential bore calipers?
Not interested in going to dual disc, just looking for the best single caliper and rotor set up.
Thanks for any advice.

Hi, yes I will be going to braided cables and changing pads but what I really wanted to know was there a better caliper/rotor I could bolt on as well?

I would have you call Bembro and tell them that you are having issues. I have heard that Bembro is making these calipers of less quality for Harley because HD wants a better price. So I think that calling them to see if they have a better version may be your first step.
Otherwise you could look at LRB pads and rotors as an upgrade.
