Default Got my bike back Friday with Fuel Moto 107

I picked up my '09 SGlide Custom this past Friday with the 107 from Fuel Moto, Woods 555, self adj pushrods, Compression Releases, 10.5-1, SE ventilator, lifters, clutch spring, Power Commander V, etc. It sounds really awesome. The Woods 555 have a good lope and I am running V & Hines big shot staggers, with Monster BCT baffles. This thing really talks now. I have not had engine over 3500 rpm's yet and will put 600-800 miles on it before my final tune. My tuner says to expect 100-110 HP and 110-120 ft. lbs. Will post my dyno numbers when completed.

Same route I am going except I am gonna use the 777 cams and their B heads.

Did you take bike up there or just buy the parts and have them installed locally??? Got any vids?

So the piston is 10.5:1 not 10.25:1? As far as I know they always sell the 10.25:1 comp pistons. I want to do the same plus B head, might as well lol.

1. Compression ratio is 10.25-1. I have fat fingers....Sorry
2. Heads are the B models
3. Work was performed by Rod's Performance in Hanceville, Al. They have a really nice shop and I am very impressed with their knowledge, equipment and relationships with Fuel Moto and Bob Woods at Woods Performance. I would highly recommend Rod's to anyone looking to do this type work.
5. I could not decide on which Woods cams to use, Rod at Rod's and Bob Woods helped me with that decision. The 555 gives a pretty hard thump and the sound is aided by the Vance and Hines Big Shot Staggered, and the BCT Monster baffles.

I dropped my '11 off last Saturday for a similar build, but with TW-777's, 10.5:1 CR, FM B headwork, FM TB port, polish & A/C plate match and 32-tooth to 30-tooth tranny pulley upgrade.

Drop me a pm ... I would love to compare notes ... Jamie suggested Rod's, but I went a different route.

What was your baseline dyno?

Sounds like a stout build for sure. Just curious why you didn't spend the extra $200 and get the Power Vision instead of the Power Commander? That way you don't have to worry about the headaches that can come with a piggy back tuner.

Cool, Rod has my bike and I can't wait to get it back. 107 build but I needed new cases and a new crank too so it will be a few more weeks. Bob was there last weekend and gave some input to my bike components including re-gearing.

... soooo, have you been able to take advantage of some of the nice weather we have had the last several weeks to reduce your break-in miles?
