Shop around but don't automatically reject your local HD dealer as the best and cheapest sources. On several occasions, I have found that the dealer price including sales tax is cheaper than ordering the same item online and paying shipping. This was what I found out for an OEM front turn signal relocation kit, various hardware, caliper inserts, spark plugs and Screaming Eagle plug wires for my SG. The online and dealer prices were the same but sales tax was cheaper than shipping charges and I didn't have to wait a week for my parts.

New Castle had some great prices and I recently ordered lots of parts from them. Nothing but good to say about it.
shop.newcastlehd.com/

In other cases, it was cheaper to buy from local dealer than to pay shipping charges.

I shop around but usually end up using cyclepartsforless.com.
