Lift the tank and drop the rear....
I finally got some pictures on here. I add some updated ones once the weather breaks.
I'm looking for a 2 inch tank lift? Any suggestions?
Also, looking to drop the rear? How low can I go with the stock 2012 Street bob tail light. I am filling the fender next winter but i would like to drop it before then..

Here's a LINK for tank lifts.
Dropping the rear (a small amount) can be done be changing the holes in the rear tank ears.

I am running the Burly Slammers on my bike, they take the shock a 10.5" length, which I believe is a 1.5" drop. My wires are ran down the strut so I don't know about possible rubbing, I do know I don't have any rub makes on the inside of the fender. You could go with the Progressive shock, they are 11" and I believe it's a 1" drop from stock.

lol, I misunderstood you earlier.
HERE is another option on dropping the rear....look at the Fitment notes to what you can do without hitting the wires.
