I guess I should have figured because of the price - only $41.95. But, I thought the part would have been made out of metal, not plastic! Just couldn't bring myself to install it. I'd rather keep the stock leather piece.

Just not sure that chrome plated plastic will hold up over time. Anybody have experience with this part? Part # 71282-04.

I have one...I like the looks but it does scratch easy
