Default gaskets i need to change clutch cable
changing my bars and I need to change my clutch cable on my 06 street bob. which gaskets do i need or what are the correct names for them? inner clutch cover gasket and outer primary gasket? is that right? thanks

You're only going to pull off the transmission side cover to swap out the cable that's it. If you're going to adjust the clutch basket you can get a new derby cover gasket if you want but I've reused mine many times. I've swapped clutch cable a few times on a few different bikes. You only need the one (part # I listed).

You may also need to replace the cable O ring. Check and see if a replacement comes with the new cable. I got my new cable from the local HD dealer and it came with a new one. I usually end up with some extra small parts like this because my rule is that it is better to have it and not need it than to need it and and not have it.

38666-07c: cable assy 1 @ 69.34
62600004: Formula+, 1-qt btl 1 @ 8.95
36805-06: gasket, transmission side cover 1 @ 5.15
11270: o-ring 2 @ .95
25416-99c: Gasket, clutch cover 1 @ 8.00
11105: o-ring 1 @ .95

Are you changing the throttle cables too?

My brother changed bars on his Superglide and needs some stock Bob size cables...let me know if you want to sell the originals.
