Ive read many mixed reviews some say yes some say no. Will mid controls from a 2006 - 2012 dyna fit on a 1999 - 2005 (Specifically a 2003 FXDX). Any info helps

 

Foot rests will fit as well as brake lever and rod. As of 2006 the shift side has got some parts changed, so some parts will, some parts won't fit...Take a look at these 2003 and 2006 parts diagrams to compare p/ns:

It looks like it should work out ok. I already have the shifter linkage that runs through the primary in my bike and that looks like the only part that is different. May have to be creative and put a bolt on the back of the linkage because it looks the the 06+ has a threaded screw at the end of it where the 99-05 has a hole that you run a bolt through. Thanks for the info it was very helpful. I am going to attempt this tomorrow so i will post an update.
