I'm thinking of running a commander 2 rear and a me880 front (because they dont make the commander 2 in 110/90r19). Any issues doing this?

I just had that exact setup on my bike for the last two weeks and it rode fine.
I had a flat and was running my spare rear rim with commander 2 on it.

Just put a ME880 on the front with a Dunlop on the rear, the difference is like night and day over the stock Dunlop. Bike handles so much better and feels like it's glued to the road, also no more road walk like before.Tonight was the first time out for a ride up to 75 and the bike feels solid as a rock, I think you'll like it.

No issues. Just don't mix bias and radials. You can even use bias on the front and radial on the rear but not the other why around.

Wish I could run a 200 series tire on the street bob, but oh well...
