Default fxdwg+tw222 dyno results

I started a thread a while back after I decided to put in the woods tw222 cam. Well I promised I would post up the dyno results after it was complete so here it is. The tune was done by Jason Kellis at Fairbault HD I love how it runs and rides I think he did a great job! The hp is a bit lower than I had expected but the torque is right where I thought. He did say if I had a 2into1 I would get more but his words were if you like these pipes keep em it not worth it. Took him about 2.5 hours. Oringnal thread here https://www.hdforums.com/forum/dyna-...un-review.html

oh btwI have v&h 2into2 br, rsd a/c, tw222 cams, and sepst

why does the graph not start until 3k? I hae the same setup as you minus mine has the 104 instead of the 96. I am looking at the 222 cams but was hoping for arounf 95rwhp and 105 lb/ft. I wish your graph showed the torque at 2500 rpm because that is where 95 percent of my riding is.

Thanks man its running real nice smooth and way more tq from just the stage one. I wish my stage one dyno would have been more acurate to see the actual differences. My first tune was done on a very happy dyno numbers were way high. I would guess acurately for the stage one I was probably low to mid 70's for hp and high 80's for tq. So roughly 12hp and 15tq gains from the cam and tune.

LOL I like it a good 2into1 one would have probably gotten me about 8-10 more hp and a tad more torque 2-5 I would guess.

I am not sure about why it starts at about 2500 but this cam is meant for low to mid tq so from the butt dyno its instant torque from 1k on. I thnk you meant you have a 103 but you would not see that much more than me actually maybe 5 more hp and tq. You will also need a 2into1 to get into the mid 90's for hp. If you had a good 2into1 pipe and went with this tw-222 cam i would bet you would be spot on with your numbers acording to fuelmoto's dyno graphs with this cam and a 2-1 pipe. 96 was dyno'd exactly where you want to be 95hp and 112tq with the jackpot 2into1 on a 103, the 96 was 94hp and 104tq. see here http://www.fuelmotousa.com/site/performance-cams.html

No I was thinking of doing it myself but with having to buy a stand and the tools I don't have it would not have been worth it. Found a local Indy that installed it at 58/hr and took about 3.5 hours so the install was not bad. Then rode it until I could get in for a dyno tune cause it was running fine.

I am really thinking about just doing the fuel moto 107 kit now. I do not want to install a torque cam and only pick up 5 lb/ft of torque. Here is my dyno graph from last saturday with the mods in my signature.

hopefully this one is actually big enough to see lol. If you look at this graph and yours we have almost identical hp and torque at 3000 rpm which just does not make since to me since we hae same pipes and u have cams and I do not. the only real difference is you have cams in a 96 and I don;t but have a 103.
