Default 200mm rear on FXDFSE

Has anyone put a 200 rear on a 2009 FXDFSE to replace the 180-70 16. If so what size. I assume 200/60/16. What brand? Did you find a matching 130/90/16 for the front? Are there any issues with belt or swingarm due to width?

Failing that if replacing the Dunlop d427s.... Can anyone opine on the new Michelin Scortcher 32's

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Nick

Avon Cobra AV-71 and AV-72 here. 200mm rear and 150 ft. They don't make a 130 for the front. Fit fine with no mods.
I'm going to try the Michelin Commander IIs this time. Only a 180mm rear, but looks about as wide as my 200.

Thanks guys. Injecter, how close does the rear tire come to the belt? Where is your belt guard? Finally, the rear rim is only 5" wide on these bikes, did anyone suggest that being too narrow for a 200? When you look at tore charts they say minimum should be 5.5" to 6.25"

Bike looks awesome btw.

JUST hadent put belt guard on yet after powder coating, its on now.....i read about proper rim width as well but several members here have done it with zero problems so i did too.. Harley mounted the tire to the rim for me and didn't say a word...as far as close to the belt.. id say just like stock , little closer but nothing you would really notice...

Default AV 71 Cobra

The MT90HB-16 Avon AV71 Cobra is the direct replacement for the 130/90-16.
