Default Extended or raised forward control rear brake arm?

So I finally found a solution to which pegs I want. I bought and installed the mini floorboards. I like them a lot, but I still have an issue. I can not fit my right foot under the brake pedal. It puts strain on my leg keeping it pointed to the right all the time. I put the longer brake pedal pad on so I wouldn't have to pigeon toe/point my foot inward to use the brakes. I like everything I have, I just need a brake arm that allows me to fit my foot under it with my boots. I've adjusted the brake rod out as much as possible. There are companies that make custom brake arms for softail and touring, but for some reason no one apparently makes a Dyna brake arm. I'd consider bending but I don't think that's an option. If I bend it upward, it's going to be too close and awkward to use.

Is there such a thing as a slightly longer brake arm for dyna's with forward controls, possible bent upward as well?

Here's my setup:

I might only need 3/4" to get my foot under.

I made 2 spacers out of 1/2" X 1 " thick bar and moved my forward controls out a 1/2" on either side. Made a huge difference for me. Also you need 4 longer bolts to bolt the controls and the spacers on.

Are you sure you want your foot under the brake pad? I mean, isn't that going to delay hitting the brake if you need to in a hurry.

I've adjusted mine so that it's level with the footrest. I then just push forward and down to brake. I have long legs though if that makes any difference.

Got any pics? I'd be interested in doing that just didn't look like it had that much forward adjustment. And you can rest your foot comfortably without accidentally hitting the pedal?

Just popped out to the garage and snapped a couple of pictures...

My foot sits on the left half of the footrest (looking from the seat). My foot doesn't hit the pedal.

I might have to try that. Did you bend the pedal left? Thanks for the pictures.

Yes, the pedal is bent about 1/2" to the left as you look at the picture.

You could cut the rod and weld in a small section to extend it.

Extended rod might work. I tried adjusting the height just now and it seems to only want to go two threads either direction at the master cylinder. I figured it's just rust but I leaned on the wrench to the point I was afraid I'd break something. About 8 or 9 threads exposed per the manual.
