Default New Style Fairing

Hey what do you guys think of this fairing? I'm thinking about running this one.

I would be doing a little glass work near the top and of course be painting it the color of my bike. I was also thinking about putting the blinkers in the side scoops.

Just want your guys' thoughts on this, let's hear 'em.

Thanks, Jay

I'd like to see some photos from further away that take in the entire bike. The look of the whole bike with the fairing is how I'd be able to form an opinion. It is different, I'll grant you that.

Your first photo reminds me of my old Kawasaki bike.

Here's a couple more pictures.

That's funny you say that as I used to collect and ride old Kawasaki triples and Z1s.

Yeah I used to love those Z1. I also had a Z1R back then.
Btw, I see that you're from Byron, CA. I just pass by there yesterday. Went to Livermore Harley and took Vasco Rd to Antioch Bridge to Hwy 12 to Napa, Calistoga area.

The "function-over-fashion" side of my brain says YES! I'll bet it will work great! But the aesthetic side of my brain says "For some reason it just doesn't look right." It kind of looks like Harley-meets dual sport, as in Kawi KLR650. Just my $.02 Maybe when painted, etc...

I think painted it'll work with your set up. The bar setup , wheels , suspension , and that JMC arm screams Harley meets Super Moto to me , and I dig that style of bike.
